The Winston F662T Collectramatic® shortening filter extends the lifespan of oil and removes sediment from shortening vats. This ensures flavors aren't transferred between batches of frying foods. It's compatible with tanks that hold 90 pounds of shortening.

This Winston F662T commercial fryer filter includes 10 sheets of filter paper that support oil to flow through while capturing small particles. A clean-out brush is also included with this unit so users can prevent clogging. Made of stainless steel, this unit is shielded against rust or dents.
