Winston CHV3-04HP Description
The Winston CHV3-04HP cook and hold oven is a half-size unit is designed for precise, low-temperature cooking and food holding. Built with stainless steel, this unit features an insulated, reversible solid door with a magnetic handle for secure closure and efficient heat retention. Its compact footprint and 2-inch side clearance make it suitable for various kitchen layouts. The oven accommodates up to four half-sheet pans or four hotel pans, with each rack supporting up to 65 pounds.
From the CVap® series, the Winston CHV3-04HP convection oven's C-Touch controls enables operators to adjust vapor and air temperatures independently, with a maximum setting of 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Processor-controlled, calibration-free thermistors ensure accurate temperature monitoring. The system includes eight programmable channels for consistent recipe execution and supports software updates via USB. For efficient water management, the unit features an auto water fill system with a 1⁄4-inch NPT connection. Potable water with low mineral content is recommended, or a deionizer/demineralizer should be used.
