The Winco WPP-1236 pizza peel has a sturdy wooden construction that can easily handle heavy doughs. This material withstands high-heat applications; however, it should not be cleaned in a dishwasher. The blade measures 12 inches by 13 inches to hold medium pizzas, and the unit measures 36 inches long overall to help employees place pizza in the oven.
