The Winco VEX-1836 commercial shelf has a wire frame to optimize ventilation, so airflow travels above and through stored product, increasing its shelf life. This shelf can be assembled and taken down without tools to streamline setup. Its 36 inches of space provide plenty of room to store items—bus boxes, grain bags, rethermalizers, or other appliances can be accommodated. Because of its epoxy coating, the shelf can be used in humid areas such as a dishroom or walk-in cooler.
