Winco TGSP-20 Description
Durable yet upscale, the Winco TGSP-20 induction-ready stock pot is a part of the Tri-Gen™ series and is efficient for high-volume settings. It has a 20-quart capacity—a great option for making flavorful vegetable stock—and is compatible with gas, electric, or induction appliances. This pot has an aluminum core wrapped in stainless steel to conduct and retain heat while maintaining that induction compatibility; it's attached to wide, riveted handles for comfort in movement and plating. With a satin-finished interior, mirror-finished exterior, and fluted rim to prevent spilling, this pot has a classic aesthetic and can be washed in the dishwasher.
