The Winco SSFP-9NS premium fry pan has a stainless steel body and riveted handle, while this heavy-duty pan has a sandwiched base that consists of an aluminum core with stainless steel layers. These materials make the pan compatible with induction cooktops, and the pan's Excalibur® coating gives it a nonstick finish.
