The heavyweight, cold-rolled steel distributes heat evenly across the pan's entire surface; its nonstick coating lets users slide cooked pizzas from the pan into a box. Because of its nonstick finish, this pan should not be washed in a dishwasher, and its tapered edges enable it to be stacked with similar pans to save space in storage.
