Winco NGGD-36M Description
To endure high-volume commercial use, the Winco NGGD-36M gas griddle is made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel with a 3⁄4-inch-thick polished steel griddle plate that withstands frequent temperature changes. While its insulated double-wall body preserves heat, its cool-touch front plate reduces injury risks. Overall, this countertop unit measures 36 inches wide by 347⁄16 inches deep by 151⁄2 inches high.
The Winco NGGD-36M countertop griddle features three high-performance burners and infinite heat controls that enable users to adjust the heat levels. To help maintain a clean workspace, it's built with side and back splash guards as well as a 31⁄2-inch full-width grease trough and grease drawer. To secure the unit on countertops, it's fitted with adjustable legs and nonskid feet.
