Winco KWP-90 Description
The Winco KWP-90 Stäl cimeter knife has a curved blade for slicing meat and trimming fat, and because it is constructed of high carbon steel, the blade is bend resistant and can be wiped clean. It has a stamped design which, although not as durable as forged knives, is lighter and more comfortable to use. To help prevent users from cutting their fingers, the handle is slip resistant, made of polypropylene, and designed with a fingerguard.
