Winco KWP-61R Description
For a lasting sharp edge and durability, the Winco KWP-61R boning knife's blade is constructed of high-carbon steel. This stain-resistant German metal is harder than stainless steel and can be sharpened quickly, and because it's part of the Stal series, it's more economical than Winco's other boning knives. Its narrow, straight blade has a stiff edge that can cut through tough pork and beef. To indicate it's designed for use with raw meats, its red handle can be integrated into HAACP color-coded systems to help prevent cross contamination. The ergonomic polypropylene handle's slip-resistant design helps improve user control when slicing thick pieces of meat, while its protective finger guard helps shield users' fingers. The blade measures 6 inches long, while the knife has an overall 10 7⁄8-inch length.
