Winco KFP-83 Description
Great for cutting soft sandwich bread and artisan loaves, the Winco KFP-83 bread knife has an 8-inch blade. The offset blade design enables users to cut on a board without striking their knuckles. Because the blade is made of high-carbon stainless steel, it has the benefits of carbon steel and stainless steel. Since it has high amounts of carbon, the blade is hard with an extremely sharp edge. The stainless components provide rust resistance that makes for a low-maintenance blade. Because the knife has a full tang, the blade extends fully into the handle; this construction is more durable than knives that have a shorter tang.
