Perfect for baking in an oven, the Winco HRCP-1812 rectangular cake pan can withstand temperatures as high as 500 degrees Fahrenheit. It is made of durable, lightweight 24-gauge aluminized steel and is finished with a nonstick coating to prevent cake tearing. To add resilience, the rims of the pan are reinforced.
