Because its balanced top plates adjust to food thickness, it is suitable for various products, and the crumb and grease tray is removable so users can streamline cleanup. Ready and power lights indicate when each side is on and when it is ready to cook, and for precise cooking, the thermostats can be adjusted as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit.

I would have recommended this product prior to it breaking.
I have been given the run around by Winco and have had no satisfaction after 5 phone calls and numerous emails to their service department. This unit is listed as commercial and stopped working after 6 months. It has been 4 weeks since I started trying to communicate with them and still no response!
Can't beat for the price
It works great, even for cooking burgers, chicken breast, crisping wings. The handles get very hot and loose and seem to be melted a tad on the ends. Other than that, I can't complain abd would buy again without reservation.
