Winco EPG-1C Description
The Winco EPG-1C commercial panini press is constructed with a durable, ribbed cast iron grill surface that heats up slowly but evenly and holds heat between uses. Its hinged top plate adjusts to different thicknesses, while the grease tray is removable to simplify cleanup for operators. Power and ready lights indicate when the unit is powered on and when it is ready to cook product. Made of stainless steel, the press resists dents and dings, and its thermostat is adjustable to 570 degrees Fahrenheit, accommodating a wide range of products.
