Winco EGD-36M Description
The Winco EGD-36M electric griddle is built with three heat zones that can be adjusted individually with manual controls, enabling multiple foods to be cooked simultaneously. To accommodate a wide product range, the temperature can be adjusted from 150 to 480 degrees Fahrenheit. Made of solid steel, its cook plate is 1⁄2 inch thick to provide rapid heat up and excellent heat retention for back-to-back use. This unit is designed for countertop placement and has adjustable feet to ensure stability.
Made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, the Winco EGD-36M countertop griddle is durable enough to withstand prolonged commercial use. The unit's full-width grease trough captures runoff to prevent messes from forming on the countertop, and to facilitate cleaning, the grease drawer can be removed and emptied. The griddle is built with side and rear backsplashes that contain splatter to keep surroundings clean.
