I purchased 2 of these

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE MY WINCO Carbon Steel FRYING PANS, I wish I had gotten them long ago, they were really easy to season, I used small amt peanut oil, after boiling water in them and removing any protective film, they are really great. To fry eggs (After seasoned) bring pan up to fairly hot temp put small amt. of oil in pan once it's hot crack your eggs, makes a great omelet too, perfect size and slides right out of the pan. Very satisfied with this pan it is also super easy to clean, I simply use a paper towel and wipe them out after use, apply a very small dab of peanut oil and wipe around the pan heat it up for a sec and done. Things I like also is that compared to cast iron or other pans they heat up super quick, also maintain an even temp, they are much heavier then I expected seem well made, solid, sit well in top of my coil burner stove, I seasoned them in a 475 degree oven for 1 hour and that's it, the handle did fine at that temp I see why chefs like cooking with them.. Makes food taste better, there is no iron black deposit on a paper towel when you wipe it clean after cooking, cast iron is much harder to maintain, I only wish it came with some kind of lid. Highly recommended these pots so far it has already made me enjoy cooking so much more, it fries food quickly too with little oil, a great pan to have for sure .

KaTom's Response:

It sounds like you've really put those pans to work, and we're glad they've delivered from seasoning to everyday cooking. Thanks for sharing all the details - that's incredibly helpful for others considering them!
