Was hoping

Unfortunately the pointy end is at such an angle it is difficult to use it as one normally would. Was hoping it would be like the picture but it is nearly a 90 degree angle. Not understanding why it is difficult to get the normal style? Shipping was a fortune on top of it. Wishing I hadn't bought 3.
