Winco CBWT-1830 Description
Made of plastic, the Winco CBWT-1830 cutting board can be cleaned up quickly, sanitized with strong chemicals, and soaked to loosen food particles. The plastic cutting surface is softer than metal, ensuring the board doesn't dull knives with regular use. However, this also means knives will create scratches in the board where bacteria would grow. Once the surface is covered in scratches, the board should be replaced.
