The Winco AXHH-80 aluminum stock pot has an 80-quart capacity and can be used to slowly simmer a variety of food—from soups and stews to seafood and vegetables. It has tall sides that slow down liquid evaporation and encourage the liquid to bubble for maximize flavor extraction. Made of extra-thick, reinforced aluminum, this pot efficiently and uniformly distributes heat and supports high-volume use. Designed to support heavy loads, the side handles are thick.
