Winco AXHH-24 Description
Ideal for slow simmering, the Winco AXHH-24 stock pot is great for pastas, soups, stocks, vegetables, and seafood because its tall sides preserve liquids and reduce flavor loss. The aluminum construction is durable and designed to speed up heat transfer and keep distribution uniform. Because the material is thick, the pot is at little risk of warping. Its handles are thick to aid in transport and are attached to the pot sides with riveting.
