The Winco AWRK-20HBK sheet pan rack is lined with 20 tiers to hold or transport (20) 18-inch by 26-inch full-size sheet pans or (40) 18-inch by 13-inch half-size sheet pans. This sturdy unit can hold 1,000 pounds—great for high-volume kitchens that frequently move or store large batches of prepared product. Because the tiers are spaced 3 inches apart, operators can easily load and retrieve pans.
This Winco AWRK-20HBK sheet pan rack's heavy-duty welded aluminum body features welded-over bolt caps, joint-securing bolts, double crossbars, and a reinforced base frame that adds durability and prevents warping. Once assembled, this rack measures 21 3⁄4 inches wide by 26 inches deep by 70 1⁄2 inches high and is positioned on four 5-inch full-swivel casters for smooth mobility; two casters include brakes.
