Winco ASHP-60 Description
An extra-heavyweight and long-lasting piece, the Winco ASHP-60 stock pot is another part of the Elemental series that can be incorporated into high-volume commercial kitchens. Made of 3003 aluminum, this pot's construction is corrosion resistant, strong, and must be washed by hand after use. It's spin-form fabricated to produce an even cooking surface and is designed with riveted handles for enhanced strength. Because of its 60-quart capacity, this pot is great for large portions of indulgent pho or steaming wonton soup.
