The Winco APZT-8 pizza pan is made of aluminum—a great heat conductor that provides an even bake. Its solid bottom and 8-inch diameter help waitstaff deliver small pies from the oven to the table in the same pan; however, using a pizza cutter on this metal unit could cause it to thin or bend over time. To prevent corrosion, it should be washed manually with aluminum-safe detergent.
