Winco APZT-19 Description
The Winco APZT-19 pizza pan is constructed of durable aluminum that provides uniform heat distribution for an even bake. This flat, 19-inch-diameter pizza pan is great for baking and serving extra-large pizzas. While the pan's solid bottom facilitates oven-to-table service, cutting pies directly on the aluminum could cause it to thin and become susceptible to bending. It isn't dishwasher safe and should be cleaned manually using mild detergent with a nonabrasive sponge.
