Winco APZC-8 Description
Made of aluminum, this Winco APZC-8 pizza pan conducts heat well for even distribution across the entire surface. It has an 8-inch diameter for small pizzas, and as pizza bakes in the oven, its crust climbs up the sides of the pizza pan—the coupe-style rim works well for thin-crust pizzas. This short rim is also great for baking and serving in one pan, though the aluminum could thin and bend over time if pizzas are sliced directly on the pan.
