The Winco ALXP-12618H full-size sheet pan measures 18 inches along its length and 16 inches along its width. It works great for baking rolls, cookies, and other treats. This pan is made of a 3003 aluminum alloy, which has several elements added for durability. The metal is cut to a sturdy 16-gauge thickness, and its edges are closed around a wire to prevent bending.
