Winco ALXP-1318 Description
The Winco ALXP-1318 half-size sheet pan has an economical 20-gauge thickness, which is thinner and less expensive than lower-gauge metals. Its 3003 aluminum construction is alloyed with manganese for bend and dent resistance. This pan has a closed bead that contains a galvanized wire for reinforcement.

Just ordered again!
I have a candle business and use these sheet pans for pouring and storing candles, wax melts, and incense sticks. They clean up easily, protect my work surfaces, offer sturdy storage (used in a rolling bun rack), and do not warp with heat or repeated cleanings. I just ordered another set to help me get through the holiday season simply because I don't have enough! My first set of pans are holding up great.
Unusable after 2 uses
I should have known from the price, but these sheet pans are terrible quality. If you bake anything acidic on them the coating will immediately wear away, leaving a horribly scratchy uneven texture that will stick onto anything you bake on it. I am trying to figure out how to recycle or otherwise dispose of them, because they're basically unusable now (even though they were purchased earlier this year).
