Winco ALST-8 Description
Part of the Elemental series, the Winco ALST-8 stock pot brings efficiency and durability to commercial kitchens. It has a 4-millimeter-thick base to aid in even cooking and boasts an 8-quart capacity for making hearty tortellini soup or boiled chicken for zesty chicken pitas. This pot is made of 3003 aluminum to resist corrosion and is fabricated with spin-form technology to maintain heat conduction; even though the construction is durable, this pot must be washed by hand to maintain its quality over time.
