Winco ALST-40 Description
Part of the Elemental series, the Winco ALST-40 stock pot offers commercial kitchens efficiency and durability. With a 40-quart capacity and 4-millimeter-thick base, this pot optimizes heat transfer and is great for making large portions of juicy pinto beans or a tender lamb stew. This stock pot is constructed of corrosion-resistant, heavyweight 3003 aluminum and is supported with riveted handles for additional strength. It's also fabricated with spin-form technology to create an even, flush cooking surface and must be washed by hand to keep integrity intact.
