Winco ALST-32 Description
A heavy-duty option, the Winco ALST-32 stock pot is part of the Elemental series—a durable line capable of withstanding high-volume use in commercial kitchens. Its base measures 4 millimeters thick and is fabricated with spin-form technology to create an even and durable surface area for cooking. This pot can hold a maximum of 32 quarts, so it's great for egg drop soup or refreshing coconut chicken curry. For longevity, this stock pot is constructed of corrosion-resistant 3003 aluminum that should be handwashed after use.
