Winco ALRK-30BK Description
The Winco ALRK-30BK sheet pan rack can be used to store and transport prepped or cooked food. It accommodates 30 full-size sheet pans or 60 half-size sheet pans, and each runner has two inches of space to accommodate product. This bun rack is made of aluminum—a strong material that supports heavy use and resists corrosion. It is mobile on five-inch swivel casters, and two have brakes to keep the unit in place when needed.
