Winco ALRK-20BK Description
The Winco ALRK-20BK sheet pan rack’s 20-tier rack system supports as much as 700 pounds of product. Because the runners hold pans 3 inches apart, operators can place baked product or pan covers on each level. This rack is made of lightweight aluminum and mounted on casters for complete mobility. As food is baked, staff members can roll the rack to the oven for loading, and when it needs to be cleaned, they can roll it to the back of the house for a wipe down.
