It's constructed of extra-heavyweight 3003 aluminum—a corrosion-resistant material—and has a 6-millimeter-thick base that's spin-form fabricated to evenly conduct heat and remain strong over time. This pot holds 20 quarts of food, so it's great for cooking spiced chili or fresh minestrone soup. While the riveted handles add another layer of longevity, this pot must be washed by hand when cleaned.
