Winco AFPI-10NH Description
For frying eggs, bacon, and sausage or for sauteing vegetables, the Winco AFPI-10NH fry pan is made of durable, deep-drawn 3003 aluminum that evenly distributes heat. Its surface is finished with nonstick, scratch-resistant Quantum2® coating that helps minimizing food waste while easing cleaning. For flexibility, its stainless steel bonded plate is compatible with all Winco induction cookers in addition to electric and gas ranges. This 10-inch-diameter piece is built with a thick, riveted ergonomic handle featuring a comfortable silicone sleeve; these components lend a secure grip during transport and resist temperatures as high as 500 degrees Fahrenheit to protect staff from burns. To prolong its service life, this pan should be washed by hand with warm water, mild soap, and a soft, non-abrasive sponge.
