The Winco AFP-8XC frying pan is part of the Gladiator™ series—a line that creates sturdy and neutral cookware for commercial kitchens. This pan is made of 3003 aluminum alloy, which is corrosion resistant, and it features a handle attached by riveting. It has an 8-inch diameter for productive movement, while the base measures 3 1⁄2 millimeters thick for ideal heat transfer. The pan is finished with a scratch-resistant Excalibur® coating and includes a hanging hole at the end of the handle for maximized storage.
