Intended to fry, sauté, sear, and scramble, the Winco AFP-14XC-H Gladiator™ frying pan has curved side walls for comfortable stirring. Because these sides are sloped, steam doesn't form in the pan, so food remains crispy. Made of aluminum, the pan resists scratches and evenly transfers heat from the burner. Finished in a nonstick coating, the pan releases food to streamline cleaning.
