Winco AFP-14A-H Description
The Winco AFP-14A-H frying pan is part of the Gladiator™ series—a line producing strong yet user-friendly cookware. With a riveted handle that adds strength and a silicone sleeve protecting hands from temperatures as high as 450 degree Fahrenheit temperatures, this pan fits any commercial kitchen. It's constructed of 3003 aluminum alloy and has a 3 1⁄2-millimeter-thick base for maximum heat transfer. This pan has a 14-inch diameter, which is great when making savory pan fried bacon or soft sauteed mushrooms. This pan must be washed by hand and comes with a hanging hole that enables convenient storage.
