Part of the Majestic™ series, the Winco AFP-12NS-H frying pan is a great addition to any commercial kitchen. It has a 3¹/₂-millimeter thick base that conducts heat and is constructed of 3003 aluminum alloy; the pan is strong, corrosion resistant, and partnered with a riveted handle to secure itself to the base. With a silicone sleeve that protects hands against temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit, this pan is finished with Quantum2® nonstick coating to aid movement and plating. It has a 12-inch diameter, which is best suited for scrambling spiced chorizo or sautéing fresh zucchini. It also includes a hanging hole for maximized storage.
