The Winco AFP-10XC-H Gladiator™ frying pan with an Excalibur™ coating is equipped with a strong nonstick finish that resists scratching. For rapid heating up and cooling down, its body and handle are made of 3003 aluminum, and to protect users from burns and provide a comfortable grip, a solid silicone sleeve covers the handle.
