"The description of heavyweight is misleading. Must be somewhat like the coffee shops that have coffee sizes as tall and grande. The bowl depth is shallow, and edges of bowl not so smooth. Was disappointing. I had requested a sample first but that never arrived, though promised. I'm not in the restaurant business, so my knowledge of how this works was probably naive."
