The Windsor pattern uses a vertical ridgeline to divide the Winco 0002-09 demitasse spoon's handle into two symmetrical panels for refined presentation. This nickel-free 18/0 stainless steel piece is more affordable than steel alloys containing nickel, and while it's durable enough to withstand daily restaurant use, it's more susceptible to rusting and bending than 18/8 and 18/10 options. Guests can use this 4 5⁄8-inch-long utensil to scoop foam from cappuccinos and stir sugar into espressos.
