Powered by LP gas, the Duke 613Q-G3V single full-size convection oven has a BTU capacity of 46,000. Users can adjust its snap-action thermostat to a level between 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Its timer can be set to 60 minutes or less, and a buzzer will sound after the timer is done.
The Duke 613Q-G3V full-size gas convection oven has a deep baking chamber that holds sheet pans front to back or side to side. There are six pan racks inside the chamber, and depending on the application, users have 13 placement options. Lined with corrosion-resistant porcelain, the cabinet's interior is smooth and nonstick for streamlined cleaning.
