Duke 613-E3XX/PFB-2 Description
With the Duke 613-E3XX/PFB-2 proofer oven, bakers have their bread rise and then bake it in the same unit. Its proofer base has a capacity of 16 pans and its left-hinged door has a glass panel so users can watch the bread. It has a solid-state temperature control and its dial timer can be set to 1 hour.
This Duke 613-E3XX/PFB-2 proofer's top section holds a convection oven with six racks that can be adjusted to 13 positions to accommodate different food and pan sizes. Users can set its timer to 12 hours for cook-and-hold uses. Solid-state controls can be used to adjust its time and temperature.
