T&S 238AC Self Closing Metering Cartridge w/ Cold Push Button

This T&S 238AC self-closing metering cartridge comes with a matching cold-indicating push button to complete installation. Correctly identifying hot and cold water sources with temperature-indicating handles can prevent dangerous scalding accidents. To curb excess use, this metering cartridge has a self-closing design that automatically regulates water flow. Because the handle is a push button and the metering cartridge can be adjusted from 10 to 30 seconds, this item is compatible with ADA requirements for public restrooms. The vandal-resistant design comes with an anti-tamper screw and matching spanner bit to enable secure installation. Chrome plating on the handle enhances hardness and increases resistance to scratching and rusting. Made of chrome-plated brass, the metering cartridge resists corrosion and is a good choice for plumbing installations.
