Measuring 9 1⁄2 inches wide, the Star RCS2-600BN RCS® radiant compact conveyor toaster can fit in various spots in commercial kitchens, and it works well in drive-thrus or beside registers in cafes. Toasting 600 bagel slices per hour is possible with the toaster's fast-reacting incoloy metal sheath elements. Once bagels are loaded on the 5-inch-wide stainless steel belt, preheated air circulates through the toasting chamber to increase production time. Slices fit easily inside the 1 3⁄4-inch-wide opening, and top-side toasting heats bagel surfaces to a crisp. After cooking, users can empty and clean the crumb tray located under the toaster. For durability, this unit is made of stainless steel that protects against scrapes and scuffs.

The Star RCS2-600BN conveyor toaster includes heavy-duty metal knobs for a solid grip to turn them to the correct temperature, and an analog belt speed control is built into the toaster for proper operator oversight. Once finished cooking, bagels are placed in a heated holding area to ensure they're served warm. When users load bread, a full-width burn guard protects them from the hot extended conveyor belt. Its convection system prevents the toaster from getting hot on the outside, so operators won't be harmed if they touch the toaster's exterior. If the toaster gets too hot, a hi-limit switch cools the toaster to prevent overheating and protect critical interior components. Four 1-inch-tall, adjustable rubber legs secure it in place so it won't skid when bumped.
