Star QCS1-500B Description
The Star QCS1-500B QCS® conveyor toaster can produce 500 bagels per hour. The opening is 1 1⁄2 inches tall and can accommodate bagels. With an extended design that facilitates loading, the 10-inch conveyor holds two bagels side by side. The loading area has a burn guard and a cool-to-the-touch exterior that reduces the risk of injury. Quartz infrared heaters toast the product quickly and consistently. The heat levels for the top and bottom sections, along with the belt speed, can be adjusted to reach an ideal product color and texture. A power saver switch on this Star QCS1-500B QCS conveyor toaster reduces energy consumption, while its high-limit switch reduces the risk of overheating to protect integral components.
