Star PST14IGT Description
The Star PST14IGT Pro-Max 2.0® panini press has a smooth bottom plate that makes direct contact with food while the grooved design on top sears on grill marks. These plates are made of cast iron, a heavy material that presses the product and evenly distributes heat. Thick wraps and sandwiches can fit in the unit since there is a 3-inch opening between the plates. Operating from 175 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, the temperature of this Star PST14IGT Pro-Max 2.0 sandwich grill can be adjusted by analog thermostat controls. Electrical connections are protected by an oil-resistant conduit.
