Star GX20IS Description
The Star GX20IS Grill Express™ panini press has two sections with smooth, cast iron plates. These plates distribute and retain heat evenly for extended periods. Splash guards on the bottom plates minimize countertop messes, and the hinge systems for the top plates provide durability for repeated opening and closing. When the top plates are lowered, the sections can accommodate 3-inch-thick products. Temperatures in this Star GX20IS Grill Express sandwich grill range from 175 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The operator can make quick adjustments to the temperature with the easy-to-use manual thermostat.
