Star PGT14D Description
Good for kitchens with many requests for grilled items, the Star PGT14D Pro-Max 2.0® double commercial panini press uses grooved aluminum top and bottom cooking surfaces to impart appetizing grill lines on wraps, sandwiches, and chicken breasts. The top and bottom plates evenly toast foods in half the time, reducing the risk of burning or undercooking. Its split-top plates enable users to cook two different foods separately because the top plates operate independently of one another with a heavy-duty spring-hinge system. A 3-inch flat landing opening accommodates thick sandwiches to ensure high-heat contact with both the top and bottom plates.
Made of stainless steel, the Star PGT14D Pro-Max 2.0 double commercial panini press resists rust to lengthen its lifetime in the kitchen. It operates between 175 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit, and its high-conduction aluminum plates can be reheated quickly. For safety measures, the conduit resists water and oil to protect the electrical connection.
