The Star PGT14E single commercial panini press has grooved plates that leave marks to imitate the look of a grill on finished food. Made of aluminum, the plates are lightweight and heat up quickly. This unit includes electronic controls that have a timer, assisting users with tracking cook times to ensure uniform product texture and flavor between batches. Resting on nonskid feet, the press resists slippage, and it has a removable grease tray to simplify cleaning.

This Star PGT7IE panini press has a low-profile design and is capable of evenly heating foods as thick as 3 inches, making it useful for wraps, burritos, chicken breasts, and other meats. Its stainless steel exterior resists rust and corrosion despite heavy use. Designed with a heavy-gauge conduit, the unit resists exposure to oil and water to protect electrical connections. It opens and closes smoothly with its torsion spring hinge and offers reduced wrist strain with its curved, ergonomic handle.
